For the second time in two months the Romantix adult novelty store in south Lincoln has been burglarized. LPD Public Information Manager Erika Thomas around 4:00 Wednesday morning officers responded to an alarm at the store near 10th and High Street.
“Officers determined a man wearing black clothing carrying a bag, broke out a window and entered the business,” Thomas says. The man took several items and left the store. On April 15, a man wearing a tan jacket carrying a bag broke out a glass door and entered the business. He took several items and left.

“The preliminary investigation based on the imagery and evidence that we’ve seen so far leads us to believe that this likely in the same individual who committed the burglary at Romantix on April 15. Anyone with information that could help investigators is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
