Railing work will close down portions of the Rock Island Trail next to Cascade Fountain and the Billy Wolff Trail underpass at 27th Street and Capital Parkway on Wednesday, April 8.
The Parks and Recreation Department says the closures will be marked, and the trails are expected to reopen the next day, April 9.
Trail users will bypass the work via street level crossings and the Cascade Fountain path.
