Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews battled a two-alarm apartment fire around 3:40 Wednesday morning near 13th and F. That’s a block South of the Governor’s mansion. LFR Public Information Officer MJ Lierman says the fire started in one of the upper level units.
She says the building was white flagged, meaning it was condemned. No one was found inside the building.
Investigators are trying to determine the extent of damage and the cause of the fire.
