A man has been found guilty of first-degree murder in a deadly shooting outside a local gentlemen’s club in 2024.
KLIN media partner 10/11 NOW reports a jury on Monday convicted 34-year-old Christopher Johnson in the deaths of 39-year-old Carlos Silva and 40-year-old Terrell Jones.
The shooting happened outside The Office Gentleman’s Club just before 2 a.m. on May 25th, 2024. Police say both men suffered multiple gunshot wounds and later died at a hospital.
Johnson now faces a possible death sentence. A three-judge panel will determine whether the death penalty will be imposed.
An alleged accomplice, 32-year-old Darious Fletcher, is also charged in the case and is scheduled for pretrial hearings in mid-March.
