Lincoln Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 11-year-old girl.
Simone Payne was last seen on Monday, Feb. 16, around 2:15 p.m. in the area of 20th & Harrison Streets in Lincoln.
Payne was reportedly last seen wearing a light purple jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and grey boots. She is described as 4 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 65 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigator believe Payne ran from her caregiver and is currently in possession of a scooter.
