Nebraska sophomore forward Natalie Potts announced on social media Thursday that she will miss the rest of the 2025-26 season recuperating from a knee injury suffered early in the 2024-25 season.
Potts sustained a knee injury in the fifth game last season, after earning Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2024. She averaged 10.2 points per game in her first year while grabbing 5.5 rebounds. Potts was averaging 14.4 points and 7.4 rebounds before sustaining a season-ending knee injury against North Alabama. Potts will now focus her rehab efforts toward returning for the 2026-27 season.
