Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) has announced that an emergency water main repair project has shutdown Holdrege Street between 63rd and 65th streets.
In a statement, LTU said water service is expected to be restored around 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, January 27. Additional street repairs will be needed, and repairs are expected to be completed by Friday, February 6.
The recommended detour is 56th Street to Vine Street or Leighton Avenue to North Cotner Boulevard.
StarTran Route 42-Bethany will be detoured during this work. More information on StarTran routes and detours can be found at lincoln.ne.gov.
