Lincoln Police say a 66-year-old woman called 911 from the bathroom of a home near 13th and Lake Streets Tuesday morning saying she was being threatened with a knife. LPD Public Information manager Erika Thomas says when the officer arrived 34-year-old Annette Cromer was sitting on the front step holding an 8-inch kitchen knife.

“She yelled at the officer and threatened to stab and kill him,” Thomas says.  “She eventually dropped the knife, was taken into custody.”  Cromer was booked into the Lancaster County Jail for two counts of  terroristic threats and two counts of using a weapon to commit a felony.

No one was injured.
