The Lincoln Police Department is asking residents to be on the lookout for a 20-year-old man who was last seen around 3:00 Monday morning near 32nd and Carnelian Street in southeast Lincoln.
Public Information Manager Erika Thomas says Kenechi Agbo is 6’4” tall, 350 pounds and was last wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants and a camo ski mask. According to his family, he has some developmental disabilities.
Thomas encourages anyone who sees him to call dispatch at 402-441-6000 so officers can approach him, or 911 if it’s an emergency.
