Nebraska freshman Braden Frager earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. The Lincoln Southwest product tallied 17 points Sunday as the now No. 13 Cornhuskers defeated North Dakota, 78-55.
The honor is Frager’s second of the season. He joins Bryce McGowans and Shavon Shields as the only Nebraska freshmen to win the honor twice in NU’s Big Ten era.
