Lincoln Police were sent to the area of 41st and Normal Blvd around 10:00 Friday night for a disturbance involving neighbors. LPD says the victims said they had been confronted by their neighbor and that he had pointed a gun at them.
The officers were able to identify the neighbor as 24-year-old Keenan Woodford-Fortner. Police say Woodford-Fortner’s surrendered and was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered the gun at the scene.
Woodford-Fortner was taken to the Lancaster County Jail and booked for two counts of terroristic threats and use of a firearm to commit a felony. No one was injured during the incident.
