A Tennessee man has been arrested after discussing sexual acts with an undercover Nebraska State Patrol investigator, whom he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.
The investigation began earlier this year when 54-year-old Dillon Summers of Cleveland, Tennessee contacted what he believed to be a 13-year-old female. The online conversations with the undercover investigator then became explicit.
NSP investigators were able to identify Summers and learn of his location in Bradley County, Tennessee. On Tuesday, December 9, investigators arrested Summers for sexual assault by use of electronic communication device and enticement by electronic communication device.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) assisted with the investigation and the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the arrest. He was lodged in Bradley County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
