Lincoln Transportation and Utilities is issuing a heads-up for drivers in northwest Lincoln. Adams Street between Fifth and Sixth streets will close beginning November 18 for private wastewater service repair.
The work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday. The recommended detour is Adams Street to North 11th Street to Cornhusker Highway to North First Street.
Travelers are encouraged to seek an alternate route and exercise caution around this closure.
