There could be a permanent tenant in the former Hobby Lobby building near 48th and Van Dorn. Robin Eschliman is a Commercial Real Estate agent and co-host of “Grow Lincoln” and tells KLIN News SkyZone Indoor Trampoline has plans to move into the building.
“That Hobby Lobby space has been sitting vacant for several years and they have been trying to backfill that,” Eschliman says. “I know the neighborhood really wanted to see a grocery store there.” But she says the listing agents involved felt they needed to provide an entertainment option.
The Provo, Utah based company says their parks are full of one-of-a-kind attractions and are perfect for jumping, soaring and unforgettable parties. This would be the company’s second Nebraska location. The one in Omaha opened in 2014.
Eschliman says no specific opening date has been given, but she anticipates the project taking several months to complete.
