Lancaster County has launched Lancaster Connect, a free online platform that lets residents report non-emergency road and infrastructure issues directly to the Lancaster County Engineering Department.

The app, powered by SeeClickFix, allows users to upload photos, describe concerns, and track responses in real time. Residents can download Lancaster Connect from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or access it online at lancaster.ne.gov/connect.

County Engineer Pam Dingman said the tool “gives Lancaster County residents an easier and more efficient way to contact our operations department for maintenance needs.”

County Board Chair Rick Vest added that the platform “empowers citizens to easily report and track county infrastructure issues” while improving communication and response times.

Officials emphasized that Lancaster Connect is not for emergencies, as reports are reviewed during regular business hours. Residents with urgent concerns should call the Engineering Department at 402-441-7681 or dial 911 for emergencies.
