Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) closed North First Street between Cornhusker Highway and Nance Avenue from noon to 3 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 22, for utility work.
The recommended detour was Cornhusker Highway to 11th Street to Adams Street.
