The Senate has confirmed Lesley Woods Murphy to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska. President Trump nominated Lesley Woods Murphy to serve as U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska in May of 2025 after receiving the nomination from Senator Fisher.
