The Lincoln Police Department is asking for help in locating 82-year-old Rod Millican.
Investigators says Millican suffers with cognitive issues and walked away from his residence near 54th Street & Lowell Ave Thursday morning, October 9.
Millican is 5’9″, 150lbs, and last seen wearing a black Huskers jacket, black t-shirt, black pants, and black slippers.
