Lincoln drivers can expect temporary lane closures this week on U.S. Highway 77 near the Warlick Boulevard interchange.
The Nebraska Department of Transportation says single-lane closures in both directions will begin at 7 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, weather permitting. Traffic will remain open during the project, but lanes will be reduced as needed to allow construction crews to work.
The closures will not be in effect on days when the Nebraska Huskers have home football games.
Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the area, wear seatbelts, and avoid distractions.
