LPD is looking for suspects in a robbery on a Lincoln trail around 8:15 Tuesday night. “Witnesses told officers they had been with the 55-year-old male victim along the Salt Creek Levee Trail when three unknown men assaulted him and took his belongings, including a phone, cash and ID,” Public Information Manager Erika Thomas says.
The total loss of the stolen items is around $500. Thomas says the victim was choked and struck by the suspects. “The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information about the identities of those involved is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000
