Grab your lawn chairs and pack up the family for Friday’s Outdoor Movie Night at the Lincoln Airport. The Disney movie Moana 2 will be shown at dark and Director of Communications Rachel Barth says it begins at 7:00 with food trucks on site.
“But then Assurity Life Insurance and Driven Academy have set up arts and crafts and face painting for the kids.” Barth says they will also be holding a food drive for the Lincoln Food Bank. “So this is a way to encourage folks to support our local non-profit. So if you’re looking to come tomorrow night we would love for you to bring some non-perishable food and canned food donations.”
Barth says make sure you bring the bug spray because the event is being held in two acres of grass. It will be shown on the side of a cold war hangar.
