Lincoln Police were called to the Casey’s at 25th and ‘O’ around 9:40 Friday night for people trespassing in the parking lot. ” Twenty vehicles were in the parking lot, loitering,
doing donuts and being verbal with staff,” says Public Information Manager Erika Thomas.
Officers issued 15 trespassing tickets and two referrals. “As a reminder, please obey “no loitering,” “no trespassing” and restricted parking signs posted by businesses. Incidents like this require a significant police response,” Thomas says.
“We encourage everyone to find safe, appropriate places to gather.”
