The Lincoln Visitors Center will host a free walking tour of downtown’s Haymarket District this Saturday, May 17.

This educational tour of Lincoln’s popular shopping district will feature stops at numerous areas of interest. Tourists will be treated to coffee and snacks before setting out to explore the area’s rich history and architecture. The tour starts at 1 p.m. and will last about 1-hour.
“It’s definitely a lot to talk about over that hour period of time,” said Jeff Maul, Executive Director of Visit Lincoln , on LNK Today with Jack and Friends.
The walking tour is free, but an RSVP is required. Visitors will depart from the Lincoln Visitors Center, located at 201 N.7th Street inside Lincoln Station in the Haymarket.
