Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that portions of two streets will close during the week of May 12. The closures are as follows:
- Eastbound Adams Street between North 42nd and North 44th streets will close from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, beginning Monday, May 12, for Lincoln Electric System utility work. This work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, May 16. The recommended detour is Cornhusker Highway to North 48th Street.
- Park Boulevard between South and Van Dorn streets will close from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, for railroad track repair. The recommended route is South Street to Ninth Street to Van Dorn Street.
