A 5-year-old girl sustained non-life-threatening injuries Wednesday evening after falling 3 stories from an apartment window.
LPD Lieutenant Jason Goodwin told KLIN News LPD and LFR crews responded to the 56th & Holdrege area shortly before 9 pm where they found the girl conscious and moving. Officials determined the child pushed out a window screen, climbed into the window and fell.
