Two Huskers were selected in the final day of the 2025 NFL Draft Saturday in Green Bay, Wis. Defensive tackle Ty Robinson was picked by Philadelphia in the fourth round with the 111th pick overall. In the seventh and final round, tight end Thomas Fidone was picked by the Giants with the 219th overall pick.
Robinson led Nebraska with 12.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks as a senior. He piled up 37 tackles and 4 quarterback hurries while leading the Huskers defense. Meanwhile, Fidone overcome a string of knee injuries to finish fourth on the team in receiving with 36 catches for 373 yards.
While the draft is over, several other Huskers are expected to be signed to free-agent contracts into the NFL.
