A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing early Saturday morning near 1st and ‘M’ in west Lincoln. LPD LT. Jason Goodwin says officers contacted a 39-year-old Lincoln man who was suffering from stab wounds to the leg and arm.
“The victim was receiving medical care from members of Lincoln Fire and Rescue and was transported to a local area hospital where he is in stable condition.” Goodwin says the victim suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.
LPD announced Monday morning that they had arrested Reynaldo Castillo for second-degree assault, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance. Police have not released any additional details about the incident.
