Lincoln Police were called to a house in the 54 hundred block of South Street about 8:45 last evening to check on a man and woman arguing.
LPD Lieutenant Michelle Jochum tells KLIN News Jose Santillan of Lincoln fired several rounds from a handgun into a TV and fled in a truck still armed. NSP Air assisted in a search and Santillan was eventually located and taken into custody. A firearm was found in the vehicle.
Santillan is facing charges for Terroristic Threats, Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, and Felony Child Abuse. There were no injuries reported during the argument or arrest.
