Two vehicles were destroyed by fire in the parking lot of the Pine Tree Apartments near 1st and Adams around 3:00 Friday morning. “The first car caught on fire and it went down the line,” says LFR Public Information Officer MJ Lierman.
She says a third vehicle sustained minor damage. Firefighters were able to prevent the fire from spreading to a garage and storage shed.
Lierman says LPD and a fire inspector are sorting through the damage trying to determine what caused the fire.
