A 29-year-old Lincoln man was killed in a one vehicle crash Friday night near 176th and Adams.  The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says the driver of a pickup was unresponsive and not breathing at the scene.

Eagle Fire and Rescue transported July Jindra to CHI Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.  The preliminary investigation revealed Jindra was driving a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup westbound on Adams St when the vehicle drove into the north side ditch and traveled a short distance before it reentered the roadway.

Investigators say the vehicle appears to have lost control and slid to the south side of Adams St where the vehicle rolled at least once into a field.  LSO says Jindra was not wearing a seat belt and alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
