Lincoln Police are looking for suspects who smashed their way into the Hollywood Bowl on north 48th Street early Wednesday morning. Public Information Officer Erika Thomas says officers responded to a glass break alarm around 4:00.
“Surveillance footage showed two people entering the business after throwing a small sledgehammer through a glass door on the south side of the building,” Thomas says. “They
then used the sledgehammer multiple times to hit a gaming machine.”
Thomas says damage to the glass door and the gaming machine is around $6,000. The suspects are described as a man and a woman, both wearing black coats, dark
pants, dark shoes and gloves.
