
Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) today announced that several streets will be closed December 6 and 8 for pavement repair and two special events. The closures are as follows:
Friday, December 6, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., pavement repair
- Northbound Cotner Boulevard between Vine and “X” streets. The recommended detour is Vine Street to 66th Street to Holdrege Street.
- Southbound 13th Street between High and Arapahoe streets. The recommended detour is Van Dorn Street to Ninth Street to Arapahoe Street.
Sunday, December 8, noon to 6 p.m., Hometown Christmas event
- 14th Street between “H” and “G” streets
- “G” Street between 14th Street and Goodhue Boulevard
- Goodhue Boulevard between “H” and “G” Street
- “H” Street between 14th Street and Goodhue Boulevard
Sunday, December 8, 4 a.m. to 8 p.m., Winter Market
- “O” Street between Eighth and Canopy streets
- Eighth Street between “P” and “N” streets
