A fight in an alley lead to the arrest of a Lincoln man. LPD Public Information Officer Erika Thomas says officers were called to 64th and Colby around 9:15 Tuesday night. “It was determined
that 18-year-old Hezekiah Camacho was physically fighting with someone known to him,” says Public Information Officer Erika Thomas.
“He then got into a vehicle that was not his and drove away as officers arrived.” She says officers located the car abandoned about 20 minutes later near 21st and K Streets. Officers found Camacho around 9:45 p.m. near S. 16th and Garfield Streets.
Thomas says Camacho was appeared to be intoxicated and a breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of .142. He was arrested for operating a vehicle to avoid arrest, domestic assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, DUI and driving under suspension.
