A construction project for a private business has closed down both northbound lanes on North 48th Street between Leighton and Walker Avenue, scheduled to be completed by Friday, Nov. 22.
Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) says access to homes and businesses in the area will be maintained via North 49th Street. The recommended detour is Leighton Avenue to North 56th Street to Adams Street.
