Nebraska senior libero Lexi Rodriguez earned her seventh career Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honor, the conference announced Monday. It’s also her second of the season.

Rodriguez averaged 4.17 digs per set in six sets last weekend as the Huskers swept No. 12 Oregon and Washington. She also moved into second in school history in career digs, passing Kayla Banwarth.

Rodriguez and Nebraska will take on Minnesota Thursday, then Indiana Saturday. Both matches are home.
