Nebraska baseball received its draw for the first weekend of the season at the MLB Desert Invitational, Feb. 14-16, 2025. The Huskers will open the season Feb. 14 against UC-Irvine, a regional team last year, before taking on Vanderbilt, a perennial power and regional team last year Feb. 15, then San Diego State Feb. 16.
All three games will be played at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, the spring training home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies.
