Beer-lovers of Lincoln might find their new go-to pint this week.
Lincoln Craft Beer Week is back for its 3rd year, running October 20-26th, celebrating the city’s unique selection of bars and craft breweries.
Participants must visit 7 of the participating venues to complete the Lincoln Craft Beer Week tour. There are 10 total brewers participating this year, with 12 different venues.
Those who check-in at 7 locations will be entered for a chance to win a $250 gift card to the participating brewery of their choice. The first 200 people to visit seven locations will receive a FREE Lincoln Craft Beer Week t-shirt, courtesy of Relentless Merch.
The tour ends midnight on October 26. Different than the paper-passports of previous years, a new mobile tour pass will be used for Craft Beer Week 2024. Download at lincoln.org/beer-week.
“In years past, we held Craft Beer Week from Memorial Day to Labor Day. But this year it’s just concentrated into one week,” said Chris Whitney, spokesman for the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and Visit Lincoln. “We’ve had a little bit more success with that. It seems like the breweries and the venues can kind of plan fun events throughout the week.”
