Lincoln Police received three separate calls this week of a man groping girls in northeast Lincoln. Public Information Officer Erika Thomas says the unknown man grabbed the buttocks of the girls, who were walking and running.
“The incidents all occurred in the area of 42nd to 50th between Madison Avenue and Adams Street,” Thomas says. All of the victims were under 16 years old. “The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic young man, in his teens or earl 20s with black curly hair, carrying a backpack.”
Thomas says in one incident the man was riding a pink bicycle. Anyone with information that could help identify this individual is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
