One person was injured in a rollover crash at 68th and ‘O’ Street around 11:00 Wednesday morning. LPD tells KLIN News the driver struck a traffic control box on the northeast corner of the intersection and the car rolled onto it’s top.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews say the driver was trapped inside the vehicle when they arrived. Those crews extricated the driver from the car and took them to the hospital. LPD says the injuries are not life-threatening.
The damage to traffic control box knocked out power to the traffic signals. Lincoln Electric System was called to the scene to address the situation. The investigation is continuing.
