Lincoln Police were called to 48th and Adams Street about 7:40 Sunday night to investigate a robbery. LPD Lt. Jason Goodwin says the victim told officers he was there to meet someone who wanted to buy a car.
He says two men showed up and took the money from him. They fled in their black Chevy Malibu, which was located disabled around 87th and Adams Street. After an extensive search of the area involving NSP air support and LPD K-9 units, the suspects were not located.
