Two people are in custody following an overnight incident that started at 1:18 am near 44th & O Street when a 17-year old driver reported someone in a red vehicle pointed a firearm at him.

Lincoln Police conducted a traffic stop shortly after near 52nd & O Street, according to Lieutenant Jason Goodwin.  Several realistic looking BB guns were recovered as well as a small amount of narcotics.

The man, 36-year-old Christopher Fleming, is charged with making terroristic threats and possession of a controlled substance.  The driver, 23-year-old Allyssa Dean, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.   Both are lodged in the Lancaster County Jail.
