Man Stabbed In Neck In West Lincoln

Lincoln Police were called to the U-Stop at 1st and West “O” Street around 7:45 Wednesday morning to investigate a stabbing. “Officers discovered a 41-year-old man had sustained a stab wound to his neck following an altercation,” says Captain Todd Kocian.

The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition. The stabbing happened near the store and the victim walked there for assistance.

This investigation is in the early stages and the search for the suspect continues.
