Lincoln Police were called to the area of 30th and ‘F’ Streets around early Friday evening for a man threatening the caller with a shotgun. “The investigation determined an ongoing dispute between neighbors had resulted in a confrontation,” says LPD Public Information Officer Erika Thomas.
She says 40-year-old Kevin Russell threatened the victims with a pump action shotgun from his porch.
He was taken to the Lancaster County Jail and booked for two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of using a weapon to commit a felony.
