The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says two men and a woman were arrested after a search warrant was served at an apartment near 8th and ‘G’ Streets Wednesday afternoon. LSO says members of the Metro Area Fugitive Task Force, the LPD Gang Unit and Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Response Unit went there to serve the warrant for drugs and weapons.
LSO says 37-year-old Jermaine Graham of Omaha was observed inside the apartment and was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Douglas County for terroristic threats. He was believed to be armed and dangerous and investigators made repeated attempts to contact him and two other occupants to get them to come out of the apartment.
They refused and remained barricaded inside. The door was ultimately breached and Graham was taken into custody along with 33 year-old Bryant Bruce of Lincoln and 46-year-old Stephanie Patak of Lincoln.
The were arrested for their respective arrest warrants and other related charges without incident. No one was injured.
