Lincoln Police have released the name of the man who was killed when his pickup rolled and crashed into a south Lincoln home on Tuesday afternoon. Police and Lincoln Fire and Rescue crews responded to the area of 56th and Cooper around 2:00.
LPD says a Ford F-150 pickup driven northbound on 56th Street by 30-year-old Levi Bowman slammed into the back of a car. The force of the crash caused the pickup to leave the roadway. It rolled and ended up hitting the garage of a house.
Bowman was ejected and thrown several feet. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. Police say there were no other reported injuries.
