In a Saturday afternoon update, the National Weather Service in Omaha is advising severe weather is forecast again for Monday afternoon and evening. Much of the area is in either a slight or enhanced risk.

Sunday will be seasonal with sunny conditions and a high in the upper 60s.  Southeast winds are expected at 5 to 10 mph with gusts to 17 mph.

Monday it will be windy with a slight chance of showers early.  Winds will pick up out of the south-southeast 15-20 mph with gusts between 35 and 40 mph.  Then the chance of severe storms increases late afternoon into the evening.
