Driver Facing Manslaughter Charges In Crash That Killed Two Men

A 34-year-old man is will face charges in a Sunday morning crash near 28th and Pine Lake Road that killed two passengers.  Lincoln Police say Grabiel Prado Revilla was released from a Lincoln hospital Monday afternoon and taken to the Lancaster County Jail where he was booked on two counts of manslaughter.

Captain Todd Kocian says the crash happened around 5:30 a.m.  “The preliminary investigation determined a Honda Pilot was speeding west on Pine Lake Road.  It left the north side of the road, rolled and hit a tree, ejecting one of the passengers, who died at the scene.”

The second passenger also died at the scene.  The are identified as 23-year-old Omar Rios and 21-year-old Darien Rosales of Lincoln. Revilla was transported to a Lincoln hospital for treatment.  Investigators speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
