There are new details in a deadly crash in northeast Lincoln on January 27. Captain Todd Kocian says the crash at 84th and Market drive critically injured 87-year-old John Ryan. He died two days later.
“This past Monday the 17-year-old driver of the northbound vehicle that was involved in that crash was contacted by one of our officers and cited and released for misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide,” Kocian says.
LPD says the Honda Accord driven by the teen collided with the eastbound vehicle driven by Ryan in the intersection.
