Nebraska improves to 20-5 on the year while Northwestern falls to 10-15.

The Huskers posted five runs in the fifth inning to take a 6-2 lead, but the Wildcats answered with a pair of runs in the sixth and three more in the eighth. NU plated a run in the top of the ninth inning to send the game into extras.

In the 10th inning, Cole Evans hit a sacrifice fly to center field that scored Clay Bradford. Kyle Perry then put down the Wildcats in order to earn the win.
