Voter Registration Drives Scheduled

4 remote voter registration drives will be conducted by the Lancaster County Election Commissioner’s office in April.

Any U.S. Citizen who resides in Nebraska and will be 18 on or before November 5, 2024, has moved, changed their name, or would like to change their political party affiliation, may register at these sites.

Election Commissioner Todd Wiltgen told KLIN News the first event will be Tuesday, April 14th at Gere Library, 56th & Normal Boulevard from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Super Saver, 48th & O Street

Sunday, April 21st

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Super Saver, 27th & Pine Lake Road

Saturday, April 27th

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Super Saver, 27th & Cornhusker Highway

In addition, voter registration is available online if a voter has a valid Nebraska Driver’s License or State Identification card. Voter registration is available online at the following link: www.ne.gov/go/NeReg2Vote. The deadline to register to vote online for the Primary Election is Friday, April 29th.

Individuals may also register to vote through the mail. A voter registration form is available on the Election Commissioner’s web site at the following link: www.lancaster.ne.gov/election. Completed voter registration forms may be mailed to the Election Commissioner’s office and must be postmarked by April 29th.

Citizens may also register to vote at the Election Commissioner’s Office, 601 North 46th Street, Lincoln. The office is open weekdays from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The deadline to register to vote in the office is Friday, May 3rd.
